What we mean by integrated
Most business tools stop at the browser. The work doesn't — it happens at a counter, a desk, a till. We build the application and connect the physical equipment it depends on, so what staff see on screen matches what's actually happening in the room.
That means deciding carefully what to build, what to integrate with equipment a business already owns, and what to leave alone.
